These terms govern your use of the QAYD ALTNFYTH COMPANY (Q-TANFEETH) website — CR No. 7054946186 — and any service or system we provide to you. Accessing the site or requesting a service means you accept these terms.

1. Scope of Services

We provide website development, apps, design systems, and custom business systems. Each project's details (scope, timeline, deliverables) are set out in a separate contract or quote signed by both parties before work begins — these terms are general and don't replace the project contract.

2. Invoicing and Payment

Tax invoices are issued in compliance with Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority e-invoicing regulations.
Payment due dates are set on each invoice — late payment may pause project delivery until settled.
Prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT where the company is VAT-registered at the time of issue.

3. Intellectual Property

Ownership of final deliverables (code, designs) transfers to the client once the project is paid in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain the right to showcase the project as a portfolio piece ("Our Work") unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.

4. Support and Warranty

The post-delivery support period (bug fixes) is set out in the project contract. Any development or additional features requested after that period ends are treated as a new, separately priced request.

5. Limitation of Liability

We exercise the usual professional care in delivering projects, but we don't guarantee systems are entirely free of errors. Our liability for any indirect or consequential damage is limited to the amount actually paid for the project in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is referred to the competent judicial or commercial authorities in the Kingdom.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time — the last-updated date is shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
